Over 30 years of experience in the wholesale and food trading industry allowed Simon to open his first Butchers shop in 2013, that not only supplies the locals of Bermondsey with high quality meats, but also local cafes, restaurants & pubs in the South East of London.
Our Portuguese Master Butcher. Manuel has experience in Butchery of over 30 years & can speak not only his native Portuguese, but also English, Spanish and a little Italian as well. Very helpful for understanding the needs of our diverse local area of London.
Our assistant butcher & the eldest of two sons of the owner Simon, began learning his trade as a Saturday boy in a local butchers at the age of 16 . A few years later he became a full time member of staff at Bell & Sons and has been gathering a wealth of butchery knowledge ever since.
The main (and only) advocate for changing the name from ‘Bell & Sons’ to ‘Bell & Sons & Daughters’. The smiling friendly face to welcome customers, Hannah is another Bell to join our growing family-run butchers shop.
