All our beef comes from grass-fed British reared cattle. The beef is carefully hand selected by our own qualified and experienced butchers, based on fat cover and marbling.
Lamb & pork
Free ranged locally sourced from farms in Kent and Sussex. We only use prestigious farms like Plantation Pigs, a family-run business that prides itself on being completely free range.
Cheese and pies
Our Deli counter is always filled with an extensive range of mouth-watering pies and cheeses like Manchego, Comte and Brie de Meaux, to name just a few.
